Terms of Service
Effective 31 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Riff, operated from San Francisco, California. Using Riff means you accept them. If you are using Riff for a company, you are confirming you have authority to accept on its behalf.
What Riff does
You paste your website. Riff builds a profile of your brand from it and generates short-form social posts — copy, imagery, and rendered video. You review every post and approve the ones worth keeping. If you connect a social account, approved posts are delivered to it. Riff does not post anything you have not approved.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@snatched.ai if you think it has been compromised.
Who owns what
You own what you bring: your website, your brand, your edits. You own the posts Riff generates for you and can use them commercially. You give us the licence we need to operate the service — to fetch your site, generate posts, store them, and deliver them to a platform you connected. Riff owns the software, the models' scaffolding, and the formats library. Stock footage and imagery inside generated posts remain subject to the licences of the providers they came from.
AI output is a draft
Posts are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, generic, off-brand, or accidentally similar to something else. We make no promise that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Review every post before it goes out. What you publish is your claim, and you are responsible for it — including any advertising, disclosure, or industry rules that apply to your business.
Connected platforms
TikTok and any other platform you connect have their own terms, and you must follow them. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting your content, rate-limiting you, suspending your account, or changing its API. If a platform revokes our access, delivery stops until you reconnect.
What you may not do
- Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that impersonates someone.
- Paste a website you have no right to use as a source.
- Resell Riff's output as your own content-generation service.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service, or work around plan limits.
We can suspend an account for any of the above.
Plans and payment
The free plan needs no card. Paid plans bill in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods. If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers before it applies to them. You are responsible for any taxes.
Ending it
Cancel or delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or for non-payment. If we shut Riff down, we will give you notice and a window to export your library.
Availability
Riff is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features can change. This is early software, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Riff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost followers, or a suspended social account. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Changes to these terms
We will update the effective date above and email account holders before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Riff after that means you accept them.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Francisco, California.
